NOTICE TO BIDDERS
De Witt County is accepting sealed bids for Asphalt Oils, Concrete, Fuel and Road Materials. Bid packets and specifications may be obtained from the De Witt County Auditor’s Office, downloaded from the County website at www.co.dewitt.tx.us, or viewed below:
Sealed bids must be submitted to Neomi Williams, De Witt County Auditor, 102 N Clinton, Suite 240, Cuero, Texas 77954 and must be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be considered. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately following the deadline.
Bids will be presented to and considered for award by Commissioners Court on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the De Witt County Courthouse, 307 N Gonzales, Cuero, Texas 77954.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ASPHALT OILS,” “CONCRETE,” “FUEL,” and/or “ROAD MATERIALS,” as applicable, and include required bid forms and exhibits.
Pricing shall be submitted as specified in the bid packet. Payment will be made upon approval by Commissioners Court. No bid, performance or payment bond are required unless stated in the bid packet.
