  • NOTICE TO BIDDERS

    DeWitt County is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) new dump truck.  Bid specifications and submission forms may be obtained from the DeWitt County Auditor’s Office or viewed here.

    Sealed bids must be submitted to the DeWitt County Auditor, Neomi Williams, at 102 N Clinton, Suite 240, Cuero, Texas 77954. Bids must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025.  Bids received after this time will not be considered. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately following the deadline.

    Bids will be presented and considered for award by Commissioners Court on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the DeWitt County Courthouse, 307 N Gonzales, Cuero, Texas 77954.

    Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'NEW DUMP TRUCK BID' and should include a completed Exhibit B – Bid Submittal Sheet or similar format. Lump-sum pricing is required.

    DeWitt County will make payment upon approval from Commissioners Court.  No performance or payment bond is required.
